خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper we present one voltage controlled oscillator. The working frequency is 8.65GHz in the present paper. We regulate the current at 5 mA. Also we design two reactors and by comparing with previous studies we will prove that the designed circuits have high frequency range than the same circuits. This paper is simulated in the 0.18 um process in TSMC standard technology. Our proposed circuit obtained 30% frequency range with 26.4 mW power consumption
