This paper mainly describes how to use natural language processing in the process of automatic intelligence monitoring and acquisition function development to improve the accuracy, versatility, configurability and loose coupling of the automatic monitoring and acquisition process of open knowledge resources. The study found that by applying natural language processing technology to the automatic monitoring and acquisition function, automatic extraction of important concepts and entities in the monitoring resources can be realized, and the similarity matching with the user-configured corpus can be achieved, and finally the result is automatically determined based on thematching results. The practical application proves that the problem-based monitoring method based on natural language processing technology proposed in the paper has been applied in the construction of related projects and the measured results are better, which proves that it has improved the traditional method of centralized source-oriented monitoring and collection to a certain extent. The accuracy of the monitoring and acquisition results optimizes and simplifies the configuration process of the monitoring parameters, which effectively improves the versatility and loose coupling of the functions
