خلاصه مقاله:
One of the challenges to confront with influenza virus is its antigenic changes. The conserved antigens such as M2 extracellular domain and NP are known as new generation vaccines among the others. In this research, the mixture of these two proteins as an effective vaccine is evaluated.Materials and method The recombinant expression vectors, pET28a-NP and pET28a-3M2e structures were separately expressed in E.Coli Bl21. The balb/c mice were injected with the combination of purified 3M2e and NP supplemented with/out Alum adjuvant in three doses. The specific antibody responses in mice sera were evaluated.Results The obtained results of Elisa tests demonstrated that the mixture of proteins caused humoral immune response efficiently. Also, the antibody response against NP and M2e was improved in the present of Alum, as respected ConclusionsThe mixture of these two proteins in combination with Alum adjuvant might be a promising protective vaccine against influenza disease
