In order to create genetic variation and to provide a variety of soybean breeding populations for selection of high yielding lines, tolerant to drought, heat and salinity, some salinity and drought tolerant genotypes and several high-yielding cultivars were cultivated for hybridization in crossing blocks.The planting method of 21 genotypes and cultivars was carried out in such a way that each genotype was grown in separate rows and in order to synchronize the flowering of different groups, cultivars were planted 20 days apart in two planting dates.Also, a number of genotypes were cultivated in the greenhouse, and crossing was done in the greenhouse. At flowering time, crossings between drought, heat and salinity tolerant cultivars and high yielding genotypes were performed.Three cultivars (PI 475822 A ،PI 475822 B و PI 475822 C) were tolerant to heat and drought among the cultivars, one tolerant to salinity (Lee) and the rest of the cultivars were mostly high yield potential, which were selected from different maturity groups. At the end, 120 seeds were obtained from 24 different combinations.Key words: High performance, hybridization, soybean, tolerance to abiotic stresses
