چکیده مقاله:

In the real world, sometimes processes do not have explicit inputs. So, focused on outputs of processes is much more. The present paper introduces a model to evaluate the performance of processes without explicit inputs consist of desirable and undesirable outputs based on the data envelopment analysis approach. In the proposed model, the directional distance function by considering the weak disposability assumption for undesirable outputs is used. Also, to illustrate this new approach, a case study is applied on Covid-۱۹ pandemic.
