چکیده مقاله:

Given the complexity of current business conditions and the occurrence of events such as the COVID-۱۹ pandemic, organizations are striving to increase their agility and speed of operation in the digital transformation domain. Due to the changes brought about by the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital advancements, organizations and multi-criteria decision-making methods are compelled to leverage the elements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In this context, the main objective of this study is to evaluate and select pharmaceutical suppliers for hospitals using the paradigms of multi-criteria decision-making (non-agility, resilience, digitization, and sustainability). Twenty-one criteria have been identified for supplier assessment. These criteria and sub-criteria have been weighted using the FDEMATEL-FBWM combination method to determine the importance of non-agility, resilience, digitization, and sustainability paradigms, respectively. Among the supplier evaluation sub-criteria, speed, distance, supply capacity, information sharing, financial capability, and crisis management have been selected as the most important sub-criteria. Based on the weighting applied to the criteria, suppliers are prioritized using the VIKOR method. To validate the results of this study and due to the novelty of the selection method, they have been compared with the FAHP-TOPSIS combined method for validation purposes.
