Reliability of each scale was tested:POSP_other Cronbach's alpha =5991 and employees job stress and intent to stay, α= 5920 and α= 5925. Pearsoncorrelation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression analyses were used to analyze all thehypotheses. The results indicated that employees believed that presidents of sports federations hadlegitimate, referent, expert, reward and coercive power bases, respectively, and a negative significantrelationship was found between PBSP-other with job stress (r= -59595) and a positive significant relationshipwas found between PBSP-other with intent to stay (r=59404).
