چکیده طرح پژوهشی:

The acreage of plum, almond, apricot, peach and... in Kerman province is more than 25000 hectares. In recently years, In some stone fruit trees, symptom visible on the outside of the trunk is exudes a reddish brown gum. The canker extensive , in severaly years and infect trees die.During 1386-1389 in some regions such as Baft, Brdsir, Zarand, Sirjan, Sharbabak, Kerman and Kohbanan , gram negative bacteria isolated from canker of almond, sourcherry, cherry, plum, peach ,apricot and nectarine. Isolates were fluorescent on King's B medium and were pathogenic to stone fruit trees. 30 strains of these bacteria were study for LOP A T and GATTa tests. In all strains levan production, hypersesnsitive reaction in tobacco, gelatin and aesculin hydrolysis, utilization of sorbitol, mannitol, sucrose, D-tartrate, erythitol and inositol were positive, but oxidase reaction, potato rot, arginine dihydrolase production, tyrosinase activity, tartrate utilization, growth at 37 oc and utilization of homo serine and L-tartrate were negative. Based on these characteristics, the bacterium was identified Pseudomans syringae pv. syringae. This the first report from these bacterium on stone fruit in Kerman province.
