In order to evaluate and detennine the relative resistance of different cultivars of alfalfa to Downy Mildew of Alfalfa (Fungal disease) 10 Cultivrars (Which were more usable in the country) and Karaj (for green house test). The results of field evaluation and the analysis of variance of data showed that the all of the treatments had statistically significant difference in responsing to disease and totally, the most resistance cultivars were Nikshahri (with % 8.47 average of infection ) and Kiseverdai (with %] 1.76 average of infection) and the most suceptible caltivars were Hamedani (with %50.92 average of infection) and Yazdi (with 5%,79 average of infection). This results were relatively similar to green house results with a little difference in the average of infection percent as the most resistant and the most suceptible cultivars in the green house trail were kiseverdai (with %6.3 average of infection) and yazdi (with %72.66 average ofinfection) respectively.
