گزارش نهایی طرح تحقیقات احیاوارزیابی کلکسیون زیره سبز بانک ژن گیاهی ایران

In order to study the genetic variation eXisting cumins in National plant Gene Bank of Iran's collection, 50 samples from differnt location of Iran was, Selected, analysed and evaluated for selection the best ones. At this of 50% flowering (in days), Time of 90% maturity ( In days), Number of plants perplot, plant height(cm), seed yield (kg/ha) and 1000- seed weight( gr). Statistical analysis was done on: Analysis is variance for land uniformity, one- way analysis of variance, cluster analysis for areas grovping, correlation coefficient, calculating of yield determing formula based on the role of other characters, Singnificant test of differences of locations mean with total mean, determination of mean, variations rang, standard deviation and coefficient of variation for each location and for all of samples. Results showed that, different locations had a very significant differens for mean of charactristics. Cluster analysis divided the origins locations to four groups. Seed yield had showed a positive and significant correlation with plant height, 1000 seed weight and plant numbers. Also the frequency distribution curve and the histogram of variables have plotted.
