Design of a very high linear mixer for ۵G applications: Volterra Series Analysis

This paper presents a ۲۹ GHz double balanced down- conversion mixer for ۵G application to improve the gain and reduce the noise. The analysis of gain and harmonic distortion is done on this module. This mixer was designed in TSMC ۱۸۰ nm with a gain of ۲۰dB and Noise Figure of ۱۰-۱۱ dB while consuming a power of ۰.۵۴ mW from a ۱.۸ V supply voltage. The OP-۱dB is equal to +۴۰dBm and the IP۳ is about +۵۰ dBm.
