A survey on the relation between management responsibilities and business processes in Iranian Oil Exploration Management Company

The present paper aims at studying whether there is a relation between management responsibilities and business processes or not. To this end, some hypotheses were proposed. In order to test the hypotheses, library method and field method were used. Questionnaires were distributed among employees of Iranian Oil Exploration Management Company. Finally, SPSS software was used to analyze the gathered data. The obtained results revealed that there is a significant and positive relation between management responsibilities and business process. Also, management responsibilities are influential in central business processes, business process support, and business management processes.
