چکیده مقاله:

Graphene, with features like zero band gap, high electron mobility, good electrical conductivity, transparency, flexibility and high strength, promise solar cells that improve recovery and reduce production costs. The use of graphene as a contact, and thus the active layer, the creation of a Schottky junction, requires the increase of the Schottky barrier, the reduction of resistance, and increased graphene transparency, which is doped with ۵ layers of graphene with ۲۰mMTFSA۱ Being able to achieve it. The most important factor for choosing alternative metal is the amount of barrier in the semiconductor metal bond, considering the abundance of the graphene. Metals such as indium and cadmium create the lowest possible barrier that is less than metals such as aluminum and silver, to use FDTD method for analyzing. In this article, we introduce graphene and its physical properties and its effect on the efficiency of solar cells based on graphene-silicon schottky diode junction.
