The city of Semirom is one of the developing cities that have to study. Therefore, the Probabilistic SeismicHazard Analysis (PSHA) approaches to assess seismic hazards and earthquake risk in the city. The main faults zonesin the area were studied, and the length and distance of each fault from the Semirom city center calculated. At thenext step, we have measured the Maximum Credible Earthquake (MCE) and Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) usingPSHA and used a mix of fault and area source models to describe six seismic sources in the region. We have foundthe Gutenberg – Richter (GR) a- and b-values for each source, and estimated the maximum magnitude earthquake(Mmax), using a combination of earthquake catalogues, moment conservation principles, and similarities to othertectonic regions. Seismic coefficients of Gutenberg-Richter connection are α =۹.۶۶, β=۲.۰۱۶ (Log Nc =۴.۱۹۴۳-۰.۸۷۵۶Mw by R۲= ۰.۹۹۰۴, a=۴.۱۹۴۳ and b= ۰.۸۷۵۶). The PGA for the site by PSHA method was obtained ۰.۰۷۶g for۱۰%, ۰.۰۹۹g for ۵% and ۰.۱۲۹g for ۲% exceedance in ۵۰ years ground motion.
