چکیده مقاله:
Kazerun county is located in the west of Shiraz and geologically it is located in the Zagros simple fold belt and the inner Fars zone. Due to its proximity to faults and important tectonic structures as well as the recorded seismic evidence, it is very important to study seismicity to reduce hazards and increase safety levels. In this regard, in order to achieve the desired goals, first, all seismic events that occurred within a radius of ۱۵۰ km of the construction site by the end of ۲۰۲۱ were collected. Then, the statistical study of historical and instrumental earthquakes indicates high seismicity in the region, which is characterized by medium-magnitude earthquakes with a short return period, in which earthquakes with a magnitude between four and five have a major share. In the next step, by estimating the hazard in a deterministic method for the maximum horizontal and vertical accelerations for the bedrock and surface, the three faults of Parishan, Kazerun and Nodan had the peak ground acceleration (PGA) more than the others and Parishan fault as the seismic hazard controlling source of the site selected. Finally, the deterministic response spectrum was drawn for the eight main faults in the region in different time periods.
