Effect of Kinetin Hormone on chemical compounds of Achilleamillefolium L. Essential oil

The main objective of this study was to examine the influence of different concentrations of hormone "kinetin," on the nature of the essential oil obtained from the Achillea Millefolium L. using the spray We madeconcentrations of ۵۰,۱۰۰ & ۱۵۰ ppb of kinetin hormone in the laboratory and sprayed it on the aerial parts of theplant at certain times of the day. these treatments were performed ۳ times a week. The treated plants were thencollected after a period of plant rest and dried in the dark and in the air. The dried plants were weighed andessential oils were extracted separately by Clevenger device. The results indicate that, That the kinetin ofhormone generally reduces the main compounds and There is a small effect on the increase of compound thathave a lower percentage of essential oil. We obtained results on increasing, decreasing, producing or eliminatingactive substances in the plant after hormone therapy compared to the control. Also identify the number ofelements in the essential oil and the changes that after hormone therapy.
