The Applicability Of Blockchain In The Internet Of Things

The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to the interconnection of smart devices to collect data and make intelligent decisions. However, a lack of intrinsic security measures makes IoT vulnerable to privacy and security threats. With its “security by design,” Blockchain (BC) can help in addressing major security requirements in IoT. Blockchain and the Internet of Things are among the technologies related to the future from which there is no escape and are rapidly expanding. When the Internet of Things grows in the broad sense we mentioned, it needs to use decentralized platforms such as blockchain to maintain data security. In this article, due to the increasing importance of the relationship between these two technologies, we will examine these two technologies and the challenges they face.
