In recent years, the discussion about sustainability has been pursued very seriously. Especially inresidential buildings that account for a significant percentage of energy consumption. Many researchersare looking for ways and models to reduce energy waste and environmental pollution. In the currentresearch, after investigating the background of the subject about the ways and methods of reducingenergy consumption in the residential sector in Mazandaran province and creating environmentalsustainability in this area, these methods were evaluated and measured by architectural experts (Delphitest). The intended methods with the aim of reducing energy loss, in three main dimensions: ۱) thedimension of using climate technologies with micro dimensions, active methods and passive methods.۲)dimension of design measures with micro dimensions, climate measures, localism, correct use ofmaterials, compatibility with the site, flexibility, multi-purpose use and the ability to develop andmanage resources. ۳) According to the life cycle of the materials, they were categorized. Then, thedimensions and micro-dimensions identified by various architectural experts were validated and theopinions of the experts were weighted using the Choice Expert software, and as a result of this weighting,climate measures received the highest score from the dimension of design measures. At the end,suggestions for design were introduced according to the methods that were more important accordingto the experts.
