Determination of Gibberellic Acid۳ in fertilizers and soil conditioners

In this paper, A ultra performance liquid chromatography- diode array detector (UPLC-DAD) method for extraction of GB۳, in fertilizer and soil has been described. Excellent linearity (r= ۰.۹۹۹) was observed over the concentration range of ۱-۵۰ mg/L for the GB۳. The RSD% ranged from < ۱. GB۳ was in fertilizer with concentration of ۸۰.۴ mg. L-۱ and GB۳ was in soil with concentration of ۶.۹ mg. L-۱
