چکیده مقاله:
In the second half of the ۲۰th century, with the creation of a bipolar world order, a theoretical dichotomy was created in the form of centralized communist planning versus neoliberal anti-planning. With the fall of the Soviet Union and the domination of the neoliberal discourse on the world economy at the end of the ۲۰th century, some advocates of the free market system, relying on the opinions of thinkers such as Hayek and Popper, raised a kind of anti-planning debate. However, there are still many reasons to justify public planning against neoliberal discourse. In this article, using analytical discussion, after examining the anti-planning arguments from the point of view of neoliberalists, we will propose some reasons for the justification of spatial planning in a collaborative and democratic framework.
