The effect of different concentrations of hormones IBA and 2-4-D on rooting cuttings of Damask Rose

In order to evaluate the the effects of hormones auxin and rooting damask rose cuttings in thegreenhouse of Islamic Azad University Abhar a factorial experiment based on completelyrandomized design with three replications. In this experiment, the effect of cuttings with hormonesIBA in two levels of 1000 and 2000 mg/li and 2-4-D in two levels of 1000 and 2000 mg/li withevaluated control. Analysis of variance showed that different levels of types cuttings and IBAhormones 2,4-D and a significant effect on all the evaluated characteristic found. Cuttings of twofactorinteraction and levels of hormones auxin IBA and 2,4-D significantly of five percent on alltraits except roots had more weight and callus.The highest rooting of IBA at a concentration of 1000mg/liobtained.
