چکیده مقاله:
The prefix nano, means a billionth in the science of scales. It is the capability of producematerials, devices and new systems by having control on molecular and atomic level andusing their properties in the nanoscale [1]. Nanocompositematerials are the result ofsimple assumption. They have made by nanoscale blocks to design and build newmaterials with exclusive flexibility and advance physical properties [2,3]. One of thecommon methods to produce nano material is SolGelmethod. For the first time in theworld the Nickel Titanate nanopowderwas made by Iranian researchers ( Dr. KhanAhmadzadeh and Dr. Enhesarie). This nanopowderwas made by Stearicacid, tertbutyl,NickelTerabyte, long bond of carbon and spherical particles in the dimantion of 33nm to50nm. The special characteristic of nano powder of Nickel Titanate and the mixture of itwith the white cement as a common materials in construction industry can be used toproduce a nano composite. It is possible to analyze the product by XRDSEMDILATOMETRYdevices. From comparing this material with pure white cement werealized, by adding 10 percent of nano powder to white cement the thermal expansioncoefficient and cement particle size can be reduced enough to increase the cement thermalresistant. So that the produced material can used to thermal coating and thermal resistantat temperatures up to 600 C [4]. So the nano composites can be used in ceramics, nanotubes and high performance concrete.
