چکیده مقاله:

In this paper, nickel tungstate (NiWO4) nano crystallite was synthesized in low-temperature in polyol media for the first time. The reaction occurred between nickel chloride and sodium tungstate in ethylene glycol at 180 °C for 10 h. Crystallized NiWO, particles were successfully obtained after calcinations at 100, 300 and 500°C for 5 h. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were carried out to show nano sized nickel tungstate crystallites. The crystallite size of this metal tungstate was 15 nm with particle size of less than 50 nm.
