Simultaneous determination of some constituents in tea and coffee samples using Mean centering of ratio spectra spectrophotometric method

In this paper a simple method was developed for the simultaneous determination caffeine andnicotinic acid, without priorseparation steps. This method is based on the mean centering of ratiospectra. The mathematical explanation of the procedure is illustrated.The procedure is successfullyapplied to the simultaneous determination of these analytes in caffe and tea samples.
