چکیده مقاله:
In this research, N-Nicontinyl-N ,N -bis(tert-butyl) phosphoric triamide(NPt), was used as anadditives in the structure of a new magnetic nanocomposite based on chitosan. The fabricated framework(NC), which contains chitosan/ Fe3O4 NPs (10%) /NPt(5%), was characterized by using XRD, EDX andSEM methods. Moreover, the antibacterial activity of the prepared film was evaluated against two Grampositive (Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus) and two Gram - negative (E. coli and Pseudomonasaeruginosa) bacteria in BHI agar medium. A comparison between the antibacterial results of thisnanocomposite and those of the similar previously reported nanocompositem, Chitosan/ 5% (NPt)/ 10%AgNPs, displayed that this nanocomposite has acceptable antibacterial activities; however, its antibacterialeffects are not so strong as the silver contained film. Furthermore, similar to the reported antibacterialproperties of Ag nanocomposite, the activity of NC against gram-negative bacteria was more than grampositiveones.
