Today, education in human societies, especially in developed countries, is one of the key pillars of growth and development. The teacher is in close and close contact with the students. He has to regulate the teaching and learning activity. Therefore, the teacher, while possessing desirable and necessary attributes to understand his responsibilities and greater coherence and coherence, should strive to achieve the desired goals. Therefore, the main issue of this research is the impact of participating in in-service training courses in creating a strong spirit and accepting the responsibility of teachers as human resources which are a fundamental part of teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of participating in in-service training courses in creating a strong spirit and accepting responsibility for doing activities to achieve the goals. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods have been used to achieve this goal and research questions.Therefore, the post-event causal-comparative research method is used. The statistical population of the study is all teachers of education guidance schools in Tehran province who have passed long or short term in-service training courses as well as teachers who have not passed these courses. 450 teachers from the above community were selected as the sample of the study. 150 persons completed long-term training courses, 150 individuals completed short-service training courses and 150 did not complete in-service training courses. In this study, sampling was random-systematic. According to the findings of the study, it can be concluded that from the teachers point of view, in-service training is effective in creating a strong spirit and accepting responsibility for doing activities to achieve the goals, and the overall score on teachers agreement with this concept is 68.69%.
