چکیده مقاله:

This research, in a descriptive-survey research at the University of Applied Science and Tecnology of Alborz Province, investigated the relationship between high-performance work systems and promotion of organizational creativity and innovation through knowledge sharing mediation. The method of data collection was self-administered questionnaires based on the basic structures proposed in the conceptual model. The data of this study were randomly distributed among ۲۰۱ employees. Given the amount of test statistics and significance level less than ۰.۰۵ for all relationships, all assumptions considered in the study are confirmed. It can be acknowledged that high-performance work systems affect employees’ job satisfaction and consequently the process of knowledge sharing, thereby increasing the level of knowledge sharing, organizational creativity and innovation increase. In relation to high performance work systems, the individual dimension (selection, training and empowerment) is more important and in the next ranks there are dimensions of organizational structure, reward systems, job design and finally information systems. So if we can focus on any of the high-ranking dimensions, ultimately organizational creativity and innovation will be promoted.
