چکیده مقاله:

In this study, families, and generations derived from cross (Kavir × Arta), salinity tolerant and salinity susceptible variety respectively, were evaluated in triple test cross analysis in two irrigation conditions at Agriculture Research Center of Kerman. Further partitioning of the epistasis item, revealed that additive × dominance and dominance × dominance epistasis effects were significant for most of the studied traits. Estimates of D were higher than those of H for most of the traits which indicated that genes showing additive properties were much more important than those showing non-additive effects. The degree of dominance (H/D) ^ ۰.۵ was significantly less than one for most of the characters. According to this results, recommended method to improve salt tolerance in wheat for each of these attributes will be different depending on what kind of epistasis are affecting. The method of cross-hybridization and the recurrent selection or pedigree method and selection in early generations is appropriate for traits such as Na+, K+, and K+/Na+ which is affected by the fixable genetic effects. Selection must be delayed until the final generation to stabilize characters in the plants for other traits such as plant height that non-fixable epistasis such as additive × dominance and dominance × dominance affected them.
