چکیده مقاله:

Nowadays breast cancer is one of the most common causes ofdeath in women in the world. Unfortunately, present therapeuticsapproaches are not as effective as should to be to inhibitand treat it. Thus, there is a crucial need to consider noble treatments.Kinase drug selectivity can be a significant techniqueto inhibit the progress of cancer. Therefore, the pathways theyutilize, cancers progress can be slow down or successfully eliminated. There is a great chance for many types of cancers tocompletely or partially meliorate. Furthermore, one of the newtherapeutic approaches is to target the active site of kinases, forthis purpose, kinase inhibitors can be designed in a targeted wayto prevent the off-target effects of the inhibitors available inthe market. Receptor tyrosine kinase signalling pathways havebeen successfully targeted to inhibit proliferation and angiogenesisfor cancer therapy. The purpose of this review paper is toprovide researcher a comprehensive classification of the latestdevelopment in cancer therapy by considering the importanceof features such as the gatekeeper residue, the p-loop and theactivation loop of protein kinases. This study classified some ofthe approaches currently used to discover and characterize new kinase inhibitors
