بررسی اثر روش و فاصله بین دو تلقیح بر باروری خروس های ایستگاه مرغ بومی فارس

In this study, with factorial experiment, effects of insemination methods and intervals on fertility and hatchability of Fars native chicken were investigated. Insemination methods were control method (M ) and experimental method (M ), and insemination intervalswere (T ) and (T ) days between two insemination. hens and roosters at seven months ages were considered in four experimental groups ( hens per each group). Hens were inseminated for weeks. Two days after insemination, eggs were collected and hatched to determine percentages of fertility and hatchability. The results indicated that the effect of insemination methods, insemination intervals and interaction effects, on egg laying percentage were not significant (p> ). Insemination method significantly affected on percentages of fertile eggs and total hatchability (p< ), that M had better results in compare with M . Fertility and hatchability percentages were significantly higher for T in compare with T . Hatchability of M T was significantly lower than other treatments. Between all treatments, higher and lower levels of fertility were and percentages for M T and M T spectively. There is no significant difference between treatments on hatchability percentage of fertile eggs. Between treatments, M T had best results on fertility and hatchability, therefore use of this treatment in artificial insemination program for the Fars native chicken is recommended.
