بررسی نسل های در حال تفکیک ارقام بهاره کلزا

In order to developing segregating generations and selection of breeding lines which are including the suitable agronomic traits such as early flowering and therfore early maturity, average plant height and other ideotype traits such as high seed yield, F2 crosses of 6 rapeseed open pollinated vareities : RAS-3/99, RW008911, 19H, RGS003, Option500 and Sarigol were investigated. The F2 generations of the 15 crosses were planted at Baiekola Agriculture Research Station during 2004-2005. The genotypes were selected based on ideotype characteristics including early flowering, early maturity, average plant height, high number of pods per plant, pod length and tolerance to disease. Selection in F2 generation of Option x Sarigol because of low performances of agronomic traits was ignored. During four sequential years( from 2005 to 2010) selection and selfing of suitable genotypes were done.Finally in F6 generation, 24 inbreed lines(as 207 bushes) were selected and they can be compare in preliminary yield trial.
