In order to identify high yielding, tolerant to biotic and abioic stresses, adaptable and yield stability in dryiand areas of IRAN, this survey was conduct~d in the same time on 4 advance barley lines that selected from URBYT(from 2002-2003 to 2004-2005 years) through a On-Farm trail for promising barley lines (On-Farm) in the three regiOns of Kohgiloyeh va boyerahmad province NamJey Basht, Lishter and Dehdasht at 2005-2006 growing season ynchronizely. The On-Farm trial was performed at compelet randomized block design (RCBD) with 2 replications. Each genotypes in each plot was planted in 10 rows with 6 meters length and 20 centemeters spacing from each otherl via workers in dates 27,28iNovI2005,21/Dec/2005respectevely. During the growing season, data were collected from some agronomic and morpho - physiological traits such as eaJly vigor, PLH (important factor in dryland areas), DHE, DMA (imporlant factor for moistJe scarcity in the end of growing season), TKW. grain yield, grain yield component such as (grian per spike, spike number per square meter,hectoliter, plumpness), reaction to diseaaes such as barley dwarf viruses, PM, SCA, HG and other diseases.Simple analysis of variancf was perfonned on grian yield and mean comparisons were done based on least significant differences (LSD) method at 1 and 5% significant levels in comparing with checks (Izeh) ahd variety No.1 in three rigians.The results showed that in the Basht region aIJ of genotypes yielded at the same check.The result of simple analysis of variance on the grain yield showed that genotypes in the 1% probabiJity level were significant.In the Lishter and Dehd1sht regions investigated genotypes were significant in the 1% probability significant level.,The result of combint,d analysis showed that genotypes effects were significant in the 1. % probability level. As if location and interaction of G*V effects were significant in 1% problbility level. In the Basht region variety No4 Pld 10342//Cr.] lS/por/3IBahtima/4/DS/...yieldedI2.666 T/ha (J 8.2% more than check) and line 1 Hyb85-6//As46/Aths*2 with 1.458 T/ha had minimum yield (64.6% relation to check mean). In Dehdasht line 6 wi2291 with maximum yield (2.508 T/ha) and Jine 2 AIanda/Ham1a-0117/Gustoe/6/M64-76/Bon//... with 2.355 T/ha 13.2% more than check.!n Lishter .line 2 AJandalHarma-O 117 /GUstoe/6/M64-76/Bon~... with 1.021 Tlha had maximum yield in comparing with check mean(57.6% more than check mean).
