چکیده مقاله:
nowadays, Customer Relationship Management has been led to more profitability for companies. Generally, companies use Customer Relationship Management to recognize customers, provide ordered products and services in order to increase customers’ satisfaction and achieving long term, permanent and continuous relationships. In recent years, cell phone network has become one of the most effective and efficient tools to access customers anytime and anywhere thus it has been used by innovative organizations to manage relationship with customers. This is called Customer Relationship Management by mobile phones (M-CRM) the current study is applied research from goals point of view and from collecting data is considered explanatory. Considered Statistical population in this study are insurance companies. In this research Clementine software is used for simulation.
