Development of Digital Competence of Portable Telemedicine Complex Operators for Optimizing the Provision of Medical Care

A complex of six advanced training programs for the management of a portable telemedicine complex was developed on the basis of Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "North-Western State Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov", the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. A pilot training program "Operator of a portable telemedicine complex" was implemented for persons with a full-time graduate degree. ۱۷ trainees took part in the program. According to the results of the program, all the trainees had passed certification testing successfully and demonstrated sufficient development of the digital competence of portable telemedicine complex operators to optimizing the provision of medical care. The results of the program allowed to identify positive aspects of its implementation, namely training in a comfortable and familiar environment by ۸۵.۷%; the opportunity to combine work and studies by ۵۷.۱%; and the opportunity for repetitive self-assessment by ۲۸.۶%. The article presents the results of the study under the additional agreement dated September ۲۴, ۲۰۲۰ No. ۰۷۵-۱۵-۲۰۱۹-۱۳۴۶/۱ to the agreement dated June ۱۳, ۲۰۱۹ No. ۰۷۵-۱۵-۲۰۱۹-۱۳۴۶ with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation as a part of implementing the federal target program "Research and development in priority areas of development of the scientific and technological complex of Russia for ۲۰۱۴-۲۰۲۰", event ۱.۲, stage ۰۱ Code: ۲۰۱۸-۱۴-۰۰۰-۰۰۰۱) on the topic "Development of a portable telemedicine complex for optimizing the provision of medical care"(UIP of the project: No. УИП RFMEFI۶۰۴۱۸X۰۲۰۱).
