Usually, people who have a high social base and position commit crimes that, while abusing this position, also achieve goals such as obtaining any benefit or privilege, even if it is direct or indirect. Such people mostly commit crimes that are closely related to economic crimes and corruptions, which jurists have not provided an explicit definition of, they have only cited examples. Crimes such as fraud, extortion, embezzlement, goods smuggling, money laundering, rent-seeking, partying, white-collar crimes belong to this category. And these crimes are committed at the level of grand and petty corruption, which is one of the indicators of grand corruption is the existence of the phenomenon of rent, because of this, a government official with access to power and options to government resources and benefiting from the confidential information of that organization obtains benefits or an unequal position. It was found that among the rent items: gas station concession - issuance of permission to build a factory and such things that this has also become a problem in the society. The characteristics of economic crimes are the low level of visibility, high black money, and the extent of the danger they pose to the society, and these people commit such crimes with up-to-date information and knowledge and full familiarity with the text and content of the law. Governments have devised mechanisms for perpetrators who abuse their social position; Among the things that have some effect on deterring and preventing the occurrence of crimes are in cases such as increasing the cost of committing crimes - deregulation - observing the principle of meritocracy in appointing managers and selecting workers and raising the level of supervision of the three branches of the legislature, judiciary and executive, on organizations and institutions.
