چکیده مقاله:

We investigated in field experiments seasonal dynamics of acid and alkaline phosphatase activity, urease and dehydrogenase. Alkaline and acid phosphatase activity showed a seasonal pattern. Alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly higher in spring and acid phosphatase activity significantly higher in autumn. Average urease was influenced significantly by season. Average urease in spring was considerably higher than that in the autumn. The results showed that average dehydrogenase in spring higher than the autumn but difference between average dehydrogenase on the treatments (spring and autumn) was not significant. The results of correlation analysis indicated that there was no significant correlation among arbuscular mycorrhizal percent colonization with acid phosphatase. Also, the results showed that there was significant correlation among arbuscular mycorrhizal percent colonization with alkaline phosphatase, urease, and dehydrogenase.
