The stochastic nature of wind energy leads to significant change in power system. One of the issues concerning this nature is uncertainty in reactive power. The reactive power consequently influence the voltage stability. Therefore in this paper, integration of the wind farms into voltage stability assessment is investigated using a proposed sequential time algorithm. The wind speed is simulated over a vast horizon in this algorithm. A new method based on the tangent vector is also developed to rank the system nodes in terms of voltage stability for reactive planning purposes. The proposed process is implemented to the modified IEEE ۳۹-bus test system which comprises ۱۵ wind farms. The weakest nodes are determined and impacts of wind penetration on the relevant parameters are also investigated.
