THE EVALUATION OF ALLELOPATHIC MECHANISM OF Artemisia sieberi ON GERMINATION AND ION LEAKEGE SEEDS OF BEAN

In the present research was studied the allelopathy effect of different concentrations of estonia extract of artemisia at the flowering stage, on some traits of germination and also the effect of aqueous extract on ion leakage of the been crop seeds. This experiment was performed by factorial in a randomized complete block design with four treatments and three replicates. At the first time estonia and aqueous extracts of the herb artemisia were preperd in concentrations of ۳۰, ۶۰ and ۱۰۰ presentage. In the control treatment was used distilled water. Data analysis was done by using SPSS statistical software program. The results showed with increasing concentration of Artemisia extract were significantly decreased germination, shoot length, root length, dry weigh, fresh weight and extra-cellular potassium levels.
