Introduction and purpose: increasing the number of probiotic bacteria and their shelf life is one of the most important concerns of producers in the industry and laboratory. For this purpose, the present study aims to optimize the Bifidobacterium lactis bacteria by using changes in the components of the culture medium at pH=۶.۴ and a constant temperature of ۳۷ It was done in order to increase the biological mass or biomass.Materials and methods: This study was carried out in the summer of ۱۴۰۰. By designing the experiments of one variable in time, the range of possible factors in the biomass was determined and the effective variables were selected and optimized.Findings: Among all the investigated variables, by studying different articles, we found that three factors of concentration of yeast extract, magnesium sulfate and glucose were more important than the others. The amount of ۴ grams of yeast extract, ۲۲.۵ grams of glucose and ۳ grams of magnesium sulfate was the most biomass produced ۵.۹۱ grams per ۵۰ ml, which was consistent with the suggested statistical method.Conclusion: The laboratory and statistical studies conducted show the correctness and validity of this optimization.
