چکیده مقاله:
Aims: Identifying the Educational Contents affecting couples' communication skills can help psychologists resolve important marital problems. This study was designed with the aim to the most important educational contents classified in communication skills interventions.
Methods: This study was conducted by reviewing the articles at both the PubMed and Science Direct databases in February ۲۰۲۰. Articles screening in two databases were according to "Titles and abstracts", "past ten years", “full-text" and "open access" filters. Present study designed based on the York Protocol. Evaluation of the information in the articles of this study was reported based on Elo S’ study. The CONSORT Checklist was used to report the clinical trials. ۱۹ articles were included in the study.
Finding: Educational contents of this study were divided into ۲ categories: individual and interpersonal educational content. Also, individual and interpersonal educational content were divided into the following ۴ categories: Rational, Practical, Emotional and Motivational contents. In this study ۶ articles had performed the intervention virtually or by phone. The educational contents such as problem-solving, emotional skills, listening skills, behavior change, behavioral coping skills, were the most frequent educational contents in the articles of this study.
Conclusion: In couples' communication skills interventions, more attention should be paid to interpersonal educational content. The interventions should be implemented more virtually. It is suggested in order to be more effective in couples' communication skills interventions in further to provide educational content to use another ۴ factors of ecological models (Organizational, community, environment and policy factors).
