رابطه بین بهزیستی روانشناختی و شادکامی با جهتگیری مذهبی در دانشجویان دختر

چکیده مقاله:

سابقه و هدف: شادکامی بهعنوان یکی از فاکتورهای روانشناسی مثبت، امروزه اهمیت ویژهای دارد. از این رو، شناخت عوامل موثر بر آن، در افزایش بهزیستی نقش بسزایی ایفا میکند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین بهزیستی روانشناختی و شادکامی با جهتگیری مذهبی در دانشجویان دختر میباشد.      مواد و روش ها: روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. نمونه مورد پژوهش، شامل ۲۰۰ نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اراک (۱۳۹۴-۱۳۹۳) بودند که به روش نمونه گیری خوش های انتخاب شدند. آن ها به سه پرسشنامه پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی( Ryffs Scales of Psychological Well-being) Ryffs و پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد (Oxford Happiness Inventory)  و مقیاس جهت گیری مذهبی (Religious Orientation Sacle Allport's) Allport  پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.      یافته ها: نتایج بهدست آمده از این پژوهش نشان داد که بین بهزیستی روانشناختی، شادکامی و جهت گیری مذهبی درونی در سطح ۰/۳۲۵ ( ۰/۰۵>P) رابطه مثبت و معنادار و همچنین بین بهزیستی روانشناختی، شادکامی و جهتگیری مذهبی بیرونی در سطح ۰/۱۳۷_(P<۰/۰۵) رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود دارد. علاوه بر این، رابطه بین شادکامی و  بهزیستی روانشناختی در سطح ۰/۲۳۶  (P=۰/۰۵)  مثبت و معنادار می باشد.      استنتاج: نتایج پژوهش حاضر بر رابطه بین جهتگیری مذهبی و بهزیستی روانشناختی با شادکامی تاکید دارند. از این رو، پیشنهاد میگردد که در برنامههای پیشگیرانه (اولیه و ثانویه)، آموزشها و مداخلات مذهبی و همچنین شادکامی بیشتر مد نظر قرار بگیرند.
