چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of group cognitive behavioral therapy by Michael Frey and schema therapy on rumination and negative dysfunctional attitude of married women working in IRIB of Fars Center. This study was a quasi-experimental quantitative study with pretest-posttest design with control group. The statistical population of this study was women working in IRIB of Fars Center, among whom ۴۵ people were selected by random sampling method and were divided into two experimental and one control group (۱۵ in each group). Both experimental groups were treated in ۱۱ sessions of ۹۰ minutes. Nolenhoxma and Morrow rumination questionnaire (۱۹۹۱) and negative dysfunctional attitude questionnaire Weisman and Beck (۱۹۸۷) were administered before the beginning of treatment and the end of the treatment sessions. The control group received no intervention. The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that both schema therapy and group cognitive-behavioral therapy with Michael Frey method had an effect on rumination and negative dysfunctional attitude of married women working in IRIB of Fars Center. The results showed that schema therapy had more effectiveness on rumination and negative dysfunctional attitude of married women than group cognitive behavioral therapy based on Michael Frey method. Therefore, it can be used to improve rumination and negative dysfunctional attitude.
