Spectrophotometric fast determination of Cu and Zn in Steel Cord Brass Coating via an Effective Masking Approach

The Cu۲+ and Zn۲+ ions were determined in the steel cord brass coatings with high precise. HNO۳ ۶۵% was used for digesting the coatings and releasing the ions into environment. The outlier test, normality test, F-test and T-test were used for data analysis. The obtained results showed that the proposed method posseses suitable accuracy.
