چکیده مقاله:

The aim of this study was to investigate the effective management of the classroom in e-learning from the perspective of elementary school teachers and in addition to what methods are used, the challenges and obstacles of this path as well as ways to overcome these obstacles from their perspective. This study is an applied research in terms of purpose and a qualitative survey in terms of data collection and analysis. The target population is primary school teachers in districts ۱ and ۱۹ of Tehran who were selected by purposive sampling. The data from this study were saturated in sample ۷۴, but to be more certain, the interview was extended to ۱۰۰ participants. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and the data were analyzed using Granheim and Landman analysis method. Findings show that teachers consider the use of new methods in classroom management, creating an intimate atmosphere, imposed discipline and electronic classroom tools necessary for classroom management, and they believe that these factors increase the quality of the class and students' self-management. In their view, the obstacles ahead include weak infrastructure, student behaviors, teacher characteristics, and the nature of e-classrooms. Although teachers use modern management methods, they face obstacles in e-learning. Therefore, it seems necessary to remove the infrastructural barriers and also to provide appropriate specialized trainings to the teachers of this course.
