The problems of EFL learners suffering from neurological disorders including epileptic EFL learners are more serious, noticeable and remarkable than normal learners. The aim behind the present study is on training the social, meta-cognitive and problem-solving skills package helps epileptic EFL learners become acquainted with new learning strategies, more autonomous in EFL learning, gain mastery over social skills, be motivated, identify their strong points, learn problem-solving, and resist learning challenges. The participants of the study who consisted of about ۶۰ epileptic EFL learners (۳۵ males and ۲۵ females) were selected through purposive sampling. Quick Placement Test (QPT), Semi-structured Interview, and a Social, Meta-cognitive and Problem-solving Skills Training Package were used to collect the data. The results showed that the social, meta-cognitive and problem-solving skills training package had a significant effect on the perception of Epileptic Learners. Finally, some themes were extracted as Iranian epileptic EFL learners’ perceptions of the effectiveness of the social, meta-cognitive and problem-solving skills training package: Learning New Learning Strategies, Becoming More Independent in Learning, and so on. The findings have some implications for epileptic EFL learners, Neurological centers, Language centers, EFL teachers and researchers.
