چکیده مقاله:

It seems that in most of elementary classes little attention is paid to the role of teacher's in classroom and student expectation about their teachers. Hence, the objective of this study is to find the expectation of students about their teacher's in eleme ntary classroom. This research was designed to find out elementary students expectation about their teachers in classroom. The participants in this study were some students taking part in elementary schools. They had to answer to questions related to their expectation. The results of a survey of students indicate that It is important for a student to feel inspired by their teachers. A positive approach will enhance their interest in the lesson. There are several students in a class and not all of them will excel in their studies. The present study provides positive evidence regarding the relevance of student expectations in the context of entering a new learning environment and innovative teaching methods. We strongly suggest that theory and practice no longer consider students as a homogeneous whole when it comes to their entry characteristics and ways of adjusting to a new environment. Based on the research findings some pedagogical implications are discussed
