چکیده مقاله:

Among the bioceramics used for bone repair application in bone tissue engineering, nanostructure Mg-containing bioactive silicate ceramics have been paid much attention in recent researches. These nanobioceramics have high mechanical and bioactivity properties, excellent biocompatibility, and appropriate degradation rate. In addition to, it is recognized that the degradation products of the min physiologic fluids, such as Si, Ca, and Mg, could promote the cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast cells. In addition recent studies have indicated the ability of Mg-containing silicate bioceramic to induce angiogenesis in biological conditions. This review paper is summarize some relevant studies carried out in the field of important nanostructure Mg-containing bioactive silicate ceramics.
