چکیده مقاله:
The objectives of the study consisted of analyzing how genetic approaches impact Protein to protein interactions to sustain bacterial metabolism. The study also investigated the how accuracy of the structural prediction of protein to protein interaction to maintain molecules lives as well as the significance of detecting functional of Protein to Protein Interactions in bacteria. The genetic approaches in investigating heterologous protein to protein interactions emphasize the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae that is beneficial for the eukaryotic model systems. Several strategies can be used in examining emerging interactions such as multicopy suppression, transdominant inhibition, extragenic suppression, and synthetic lethality.Gaining the functional genomics information is important in understanding the role of protein to protein interaction in bacteria, and therefore broadly identifying the genome pairs of interacting proteins provides in-depth insights.Metabolic pathways and emerging enzymes in protein to protein interactions in bacteria through the application of the structure function, and genome context is challenging due to database annotation errors and over prediction concerns.
