چکیده مقاله:
The aim of this study was to investigate the antimicrobial activity of cloves and hyacinth oil from Chamdit et al. in 10 clinical strains and reference strains of Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC29213) and (ATCC43300). In the present study, eugenol accounts for 37.63% of the compounds in essential oil of cloves. Also, in this paper, the study of the method and the process of conducting experiments, along with the variables and research tools, will be fully described and experiments will be carried out on the extraction of essential oil of the clove plant and its antimicrobial properties.
