چکیده مقاله:

در اقتصاد مبتنی بر دانش از سرمایه فکری به منظور خلق و افزایش ارزش سازمانی استفاده می شود و موفقیت یک سازمان به توانایی اش در مدیریت این منابع کمیاب بستگی دارد اهمیت دارایی های مشهود رو به کاهش است و به تدریج د رحال انتقال به دارایی های نامشهود نظیر دانش و سرمایه فکری می باشد.
